Project Description

Our team members decided to do a project for birth registration system.This project is about birth certificate registration,birth certificate applications,and name alterations.This support the process from the submission of application to the issue of the birth certificate.This is a web based system.We use PHP & Mysql for develop this system.From this system, users who need birth certificates, they can submit their application from online, and they can register new birth registration through online and also they can request the name alterations through this system.
